Plants and Animals of the Murray River Valley

UNDER CONSTRUCTION This is an ongoing project to improve understanding of plants and animals immediately adjacent to the River Murray, as seen from a boat or in a small walk from a riverside campsite. There are other plant communities over large areas above the river valley itself (i.e. the broader river basin) that will not be featured in detail at this stage. The South Australian section of the river is the focus, but some plants and plant communities will also be found upstream.
